Shipping policy

We exclusively ship to locations within the 48 contiguous states. Unfortunately, shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, or Puerto Rico are not currently available.


All orderable items should be in stock at the time of purchase. However, if an item is unavailable after order processing, a customer service representative will contact you. Shipping and handling costs may vary based on carrier rates and ongoing promotions, as we strive to provide efficient and cost-effective shipping.


Once a tracking number is generated, orders cannot be canceled. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is dispatched. Shipping transit estimates provided during checkout are estimates and not guarantees, as they are determined by the shipping carriers.


In the event of lost or damaged shipments, we emphasize that such issues are beyond our control once the shipment leaves our warehouse. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance during checkout to cover instances of damage, loss, theft, or undelivered packages.


If a package is marked as delivered but not received, we suggest checking with neighbors, the local postman, or your USPS office. Domestic orders are considered lost 30 days post the last shipment status update.


It is crucial to verify your shipping address during checkout, as we ship to the address listed in the order confirmation/receipt. Packages returned due to incorrect addresses will be reshipped at the purchaser's cost and are not eligible for a refund.


If you provided the wrong shipping address and the order has already shipped, you are responsible for contacting the residence at the initial address. Gigi in Cali is not liable for losses incurred due to incorrect order details and reserves the right not to issue refunds for product costs on orders never received due to incorrect details.
